Peer-to-peer texting for campaigns

Real people. Real conversations.

TXTCNTR puts your volunteers and staff in front of every voter, one text at a time. A person sends each message, every reply lands in one shared inbox, and opt-outs are handled for you.

How it works

From your list to real replies.

Load your list

Upload your own CSV or Excel file. TXTCNTR cleans the numbers and keeps opt-outs out.

Write your script

Merge in names and fields. TXTCNTR checks length, cost and your opt-out line before you launch.

Your team sends

Each texter taps to send, one person at a time. Every text is sent by a real person.

Talk it through

Replies land in one shared inbox. Tag supporters, answer questions and hand off to volunteers.

Features

Everything a texting program needs.

Built from real campaign work and tested with 150,000-person campaigns.

📋

Big lists, made easy

Upload CSV or Excel files, even very large ones. Numbers are cleaned, duplicates merged and landlines flagged.

🎯

Focused lists

Text just the people who matter today: by state, ZIP, party, vote history or any column in your file.

✍️

Scripts that check themselves

Merge fields, a live preview, segment count and cost estimate, plus a warning if your disclaimer or opt-out line is missing.

👆

One tap per text

Texters press Send for each message. Optional hold-to-send lets a texter move quickly while still sending every text themselves.

💬

One shared inbox

Every reply in one place, threaded by person. Tags, canned replies, unread counts and notes your whole team can see.

🛑

Opt-outs, handled

STOP and other opt-out words are caught automatically and honored across every campaign. HELP gets an answer.

🌙

Quiet hours by state

Each person is texted only inside their own state’s hours, with tighter rules where states require them.

🖼️

Picture texts

Add a flyer or event graphic. The picture goes out with every text, and the cost estimate updates.

⏱️

Plan the send

Enter how many texters and what hours. TXTCNTR tells you when the list will finish, day by day.

📊

Reports you can use

Sent, delivered, replies and opt-outs, charts by hour, a texter leaderboard and exports.

🔐

Roles and records

Texters see only their campaigns. Managers see everything. Every action is logged, and records are kept.

Questions

Is TXTCNTR mass texting?

No. TXTCNTR is peer-to-peer: a real person sends every message, one at a time, and replies come back to your team’s shared inbox.

Do you provide contact lists?

No. You bring your own lists and confirm you have permission to text them. We help you load them and keep opt-outs out.

How big can a list be?

Very big. We test TXTCNTR with 150,000-person campaigns split into groups. Plan the send tells you how long yours will take with your team.

Do I need carrier registration?

Yes. Texting from a business number requires registering your brand and campaign with the carriers. TXTCNTR walks you through it and won’t send live texts until it’s approved.

Can AI send texts for us?

No. CMMNDCNTR’s agents can draft scripts and sort replies, but a person on your team sends every text.

Can I use it with the rest of CMPGNMNGR?

Yes. TXTCNTR works on its own and plugs into the CMPGNMNGR hub whenever you add the rest of the suite.

How is pricing set?

TXTCNTR is in early access. Tell us about your program and we’ll send a written quote.
